I enjoy learning from my patients in order to build our therapeutic alliance. I have a background working with children, teens and adults in a multitude of settings. After finding out more about you, we will develop a treatment plan that's centered on your goals and needs in therapy. I focus on solution-based therapy as well as assisting you with building skills to address symptoms of anxiety, ADHD and trauma.
I strive to make patients feel comfortable with opening up at a pace that they set. Expect me to be friendly and warm each session and challenging or direct when needed. First and foremost, you guide the sessions.
