I have worked in the field for eight years and have been in private practice for three years. I enjoy collaborating with my clients and helping them make healthier choices for themselves and their future. I work with individuals and families facing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. My approach includes parts work, EMDR therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to support my clients on their journey.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning the client can choose what topics to focus on for treatment. We will work together on the challenges that the client wants to improve. I will help clients identify their problem-solving skills, increase their self-awareness, and develop a stronger skill set to handle these issues effectively.

During the first meeting, we will conduct a biopsychosocial assessment to gather your history and establish treatment goals. We will also identify your strengths and coping skills to assist you with your challenges.
