Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps clients heal from trauma, reclaim self-trust, and create relationships rooted in consent, curiosity, and compassion. My work is grounded in EMDR, trauma-informed care, and systemic therapy. I also specialize in working with queer, trans, and polyamorous communities, helping clients explore identity, navigate complex relationships, and find safety in authenticity.

I approach therapy as a collaborative and affirming process—one where we slow down, notice what’s happening in your body, and make sense of your story without shame. My clinical background includes extensive training in dissociation, attachment, and complex trauma, as well as experience supporting survivors of narcissistic and relational abuse.

My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space for clients to rediscover their capacity for healing and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply affirming. I believe healing happens in safe, trusting relationships where you can show up as your full self—without shame or judgment. I draw from EMDR, parts work, attachment theory, and systemic approaches to help clients understand the patterns that shape their lives and build new ways of relating to themselves and others.

I work from a decolonial and strengths-based perspective, honoring each client’s lived experience, culture, and identity. Whether we’re processing trauma, exploring relationships, or building boundaries, I focus on helping clients reconnect with their own wisdom and capacity for change. Therapy with me often includes slowing down, listening to the body, and learning to move toward compassion and authenticity, one moment at a time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space to share what’s been going on and what brings them to therapy. We’ll spend time getting to know each other—talking about your goals, your history, and what you’re hoping to change or understand. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable with the process before we go deeper.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start; it’s completely okay to come in feeling unsure or overwhelmed. My goal in the first session is to help you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to begin exploring at your own pace. Together, we’ll start building a foundation of trust and clarity so therapy feels like a space that truly belongs to you.
