Theerapy should be an environment that is easy, warm and inviting. My goal is only to tune in to my client, validate their experiences and empower them to move toward a hopeful and peaceful existence. I attained my MA in Counseling Psychology, completed a 1500 hr practicum followed by a 4000 hr supervised work experience. Since, I have earned certificates in Play Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT and EMDR. I continue to seek out CEUs that will benefit the population I work with- ages 5-65.

My approach to therapy is simply attuning, validating and empowering my clients in a non-judgemental and open-minded manner.
