Great to meet you!

The beauty and the struggle in life often depends on how we hold our stress, and how we find our way to the other side. I would love to walk beside you in a warm, compassionate, and often humorous way to find lightness and joy again. I enjoy working with anyone who is ready to make changes that bring purpose and meaning to their life. Most of my practice involves work in anxiety and trauma as well as stress management. My therapy dog Sherman is often available for our sessions. He is a Golden Retriever with 3 years experience in therapy and brings so much peace and joy to sessions.

My approach to therapy

I believe in working with clients by coming alongside them on their journey in a non-judgmental setting. In this therapeutic process, the counselor and client can explore the client's fears, inhibitions, and resistances, as well as celebrate their strengths and joys. When a client is ready to look deeper and be honest with themselves, great change can happen. I provide a positive and open environment for those who are ready for a new direction and to work toward change.

What you can expect from me

We can work together to find inspiration and empowerment for you to navigate life's struggles and celebrate moments you have created for yourself.
