Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of Toledo with a Master's in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am licensed by the state of Ohio as a professional clinical counselor. I provide mental health therapy for adults and have experience working with a broad range of mental health concerns, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches. I am certified in Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST).

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is person-centered, meaning I view each client as the expert on their own life and experiences. I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, experiences, values, and goals while supporting greater self-awareness and meaningful growth. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” a person, but about helping clients recognize their strengths, develop self-compassion, and learn to love and accept themselves as they are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain from our work together, and any questions you may have about the therapy process. I’ll invite you to share about yourself, your experiences, and what feels important to you. Together, we’ll begin clarifying your goals and creating a therapeutic approach that feels meaningful and supportive.
