In my career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have had the great privilege to work with a diverse demographic of clients. From this experience and training, I know that each client benefits from an individualized approach. I utilize a strengths-based perspective along with principles from psychodynamic theory, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness principles within a therapeutic environment that feels supportive, and non-judgmental so that clients feel safe to explore.

As a therapist, I view therapy as a process of discovering one’s authentic self and the role of the therapist as that of a guide during this journey. Making the decision to engage in therapy is choosing to invest in one’s self.

Marcel Proust stated, "The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes," The process of using new eyes to look within oneself takes great courage. Out of this brave work, comes the reward of deeper interpersonal connections, compassion, and insight. I look forward to partnering with you on this journey.
