I focus on thoughtful, individualized medication management with supportive psychotherapy when appropriate while also considering the whole person—your experiences, lifestyle, stressors, and goals.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and related concerns, taking time to ensure treatment feels informed, balanced, and supportive. My goal is to create a calm, non‐judgmental space where you feel heard, involved, and empowered in your mental health care.
