Hi! I’m Christyn. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, and am certified in trauma treatment. I have over a decade of experience working with adults struggling with addiction, abusive relationships, and childhood and/or adult trauma. I also have extensive experience as a Christian Counselor.
I’ve worked with clients wanting a deeper therapy process for over a decade. My approach is source focused - stabilizing issues that bring you in and exploring deeper reasons problems continue to appear. As we do this, you’ll experience relief, and notice behaviors, beliefs, and attitudes changing as well, positively influencing you and your relationships.
My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgemental, and comfortable atmosphere in sessions. As we work through what brings you to therapy, my hope is that you feel accepted, encouraged, and challenged (in the best way) to meet your goals.
