Great to meet you!

  • I believe everyone deserves therapy. I offer a space of non-judgment and hope for adults ready to heal, including neurodivergent individuals and trauma survivors. Using an existential, somatic, and psychodynamic lens, I integrate EMDR, ACT, and IFS. We will explore patterns formed out of survival that no longer serve you, offering support as you build new neural pathways. Whether you are navigating burnout, deep shame, relational issues, a faith transition, or identity development, you don't have to do it alone. Let's work together to bring self-compassion and clarity to your story.
  • My goal is to help you move out of survival mode and into a space of authentic living. I specialize in helping individuals untangle complex trauma, heal from deep-rooted shame, and safely navigate major life shifts. I offer a safe container tailored to your nervous system to gently reprocess painful memories, ease burnout, and build healthy relationships.
  • Finding the right therapist is a vulnerable process, but it is a profound step toward the life you deserve. I know how exhausting it is to carry burnout and trauma alone. Whenever you feel ready, I warmly invite you to reach out. We will move at your pace, and I look forward to walking alongside you.

My approach to therapy

  • I offer a tailored, non-judgmental space for individuals facing trauma, PTSD, OCD, depression, and anxiety. We'll use tools like EMDR and IFS to gently process trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or OCD. Whether you are navigating burnout, deep shame, relational issues, or identity development, you don't have to do it alone.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on building a warm, collaborative, and psychologically safe environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace without judgment.
