Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Chrystal, a licensed clinical social worker with 16 years of experience. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, military social work, social work education, and crisis intervention. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges, using a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, and a good sense of humor! My goal is to meet you where you are, push you a little further, and help you move toward where you want to be—with encouragement, compassion, and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients, creating a supportive space where you can feel safe to explore challenges and build on your strengths. My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, direct, and rooted in evidence-based approaches like CBT, solution-focused, and mindfulness. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will work together to create a mutually respectful dynamic where you feel safe to explore your life experiences. My goal is to help you build insight, develop practical coping tools, and create lasting, meaningful change. Sessions are collaborative, challenging, and tailored to your needs, with a focus on developing total health and resilience.
