Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns that leave them feeling emotionally exhausted or stuck. I have a special interest in working with people who are deeply feeling, highly self-aware, and often used to being the “strong one” for everyone else.

Many of the clients I work best with have spent years overthinking, people-pleasing, caretaking, or trying to hold everything together while feeling overwhelmed inside. They may understand their patterns intellectually, but still struggle to feel different or make lasting change. My work helps clients move beyond just “knowing why” and toward healing, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of self.

I aim to create a space that feels safe, genuine, and nonjudgmental—where clients can explore both practical challenges and deeper emotional experiences. I value authenticity, insight, and helping clients reconnect with who they are underneath survival mode.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, insight-oriented, and trauma-informed. I work with clients to understand the deeper roots of their thoughts, emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and coping strategies, while also building practical tools to help them feel more grounded in daily life.

I often work with clients around anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, boundaries, parentification, unresolved trauma, and the pressure of always having to be “okay.” Therapy with me is not just about symptom relief—it’s also about helping clients understand themselves more fully, process what they’ve carried, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

I integrate emotional exploration with skill-building, meaning-making, and nervous system awareness. I also welcome clients who value spirituality, intuition, or a deeper sense of purpose as part of their healing, while keeping the work grounded, thoughtful, and clinically informed. My goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a supportive, low-pressure space to begin sharing what has been weighing on them and what they hope will feel different in their lives. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, current stressors, emotional or relational patterns you’ve noticed, and any goals you may already have—even if they still feel unclear.

My first priority is helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and not judged. You do not need to have the “right words” or tell your whole story all at once. We will move at a pace that feels manageable and safe.

By the end of the first session, my hope is that clients leave feeling a little more grounded, a little less alone, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together. Therapy is a process, and the first step is creating a space where real healing can begin.
