Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Chrystal, and I have been providing counseling services since 2012. I have a Masters in Clinician Counseling and Criminal Justice. I am currently enrolled as a doctoral student for Clinical Counseling with a specialization in Forensics and Neuropsychology. I have specialized in working with Traumatic Brain Injury, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to meet you where you are and take things at your pace; however, when ready, I will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. This helps to foster growth, strength, and independence. I try to incorporate humor when applicable. I want to understand you in your journey.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope you will feel heard, supported, and validated. My hopes are that you will take away strength and empowerment to get through the day and challenging situations. I hope all individuals will take away comfort and confidence in themself and find a sense of peace, neutrality, calmness, or happiness as they desire.
