Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Psychologist with 14 years of clinical experience. I have a doctorate in Counseling Psychology, a Master's in School and Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies. I specialize in working with high-achieving Asian American adults experiencing mental health issues that intersect with culture, family roles, and existential concerns about modern life. I typically work with individuals in their 30s and older.

My approach to therapy

New clients describe my approach as warm yet direct, providing both emotional support and actionable guidance. How I show up in therapy often depends on the individual client, with some people needing more validation and gentle support, while others need more constructive feedback and clearer interpretations. I strive to work at a very high level, providing sharp and specific expertise.

What you can expect from me

I am a masterful listener and clients who work with me can expect to see their problems and life experiences much more clearly. From that place of crystalline clarity, we can work together to move forward in life with greater authenticity and fulfillment.
