Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest conversations are the ones with the people you love most. I work with teens, adults, and older adults who are navigating tense family dynamics, parenting struggles, relationship concerns, and the kind of personal growth that comes with major life changes. Whether you're trying to understand a shift in your family, rebuild trust with a partner, or figure out who you are after a big transition, I meet you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, building practical coping strategies you can actually use and strengthening the relationships that matter most to you. I go deep on anxiety and family relationship patterns rather than trying to cover everything at once, because real change happens when we focus on what's actually going on, not everything at once. You'll walk away from our work together with a clearer sense of your own goals and more confidence handling the family and relationship moments that used to throw you off balance. I work best with clients who are ready to be honest about what's hard, even when that's uncomfortable, and who want a collaborative partner rather than someone handing down advice.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other and building a shared understanding of what you want to focus on. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. I bring compassion and authenticity to every conversation, and I'd love to hear from you when you're ready to begin.
