Great to meet you!

Do you find yourself struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, addiction, or the impacts of trauma? I am a licensed therapist and addiction counselor dedicated to providing support to women and LGBTQ+ individuals, offering a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, identities, and mental health. With an understanding of the unique challenges faced by these groups, I am committed to empowering clients to live authentically and work through any obstacles they may encounter.

My approach to therapy

Tired of your body keeping the score?

I take a client-centered and holistic systems approach, meaning that my focus is on you as a whole. I believe that we all have the ability within ourselves to heal, and that our identities, environments, and experiences can have a big impact on our mental and physical well-being. With this is mind, we will work collaboratively to reach your goals, using a variety of trauma-focused clinical tools, including, but not limited to EMDR.

What you can expect from me

I aim to leave clients feeling empowered by providing a supportive, safe, and affirming environment where you can show up just as you are. There will likely be many times we laugh during session, or times where you need to cry, swear, or just rant - know that this is all welcome (and encouraged) on your journey to healing.
