Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through life’s most complex emotional challenges. My clinical expertise spans anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, fertility concerns, stress management, identity development, and teen parenting - areas in which I bring both deep knowledge and unwavering compassion. I have worked with children as young as five years old to young adults in their mid to late twenties.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, individualized approach to care, blending evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed Therapy, Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Restructuring with a strengths-based, client-centered framework. I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey - one that requires trust, safety, and a space free of judgment. My work is grounded in the conviction that everyone deserves the opportunity to rediscover hope, agency, and joy.

In addition to my clinical practice, I am a published writer and sought-after speaker. I have contributed to national platforms and conferences, addressing topics such as self-love, parenting, emotional resilience, and mental health equity. Whether I am in a therapy session, leading a community webinar, or participating in a panel discussion, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families find clarity, confidence, and healing in their own time and on their own terms.

I am especially passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces that empower lasting change.

What you can expect from me
