As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I support individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, and life transitions. My approach is warm, approachable, and down-to-earth, with the goal of making mental health care feel comfortable and less overwhelming.

New patients: Virtual appointments are available. In-person appointments are currently available only for established patients.

I take a collaborative, judgment-free approach that mixes practical tools, education, and thoughtful medication management when needed. I focus on what matters most to you and tailor care to your goals. My style is empathetic, honest, and rooted in helping you feel empowered.

Our first session is a relaxed conversation where I learn about you, your story, and what you’re hoping to change or improve. We’ll explore your symptoms, past experiences, and goals, then create a clear, simple plan together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful.
