Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor in Louisiana. I have worked & provided support to the mental health community for 10 years. I have 5+ years of professional experience with various client groups. Currently, I specialize in working with adults across the lifespan. My experience includes working with clients with a history of mental illnesses, interpersonal conflict, difficulty with concentration, lack of self-direction, sport-related issues, and a range of mood-related disturbances.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My role is to provide support, encouragement, and guidance throughout this this journey. My practice is unique because I will always create an open & safe environment where emotions can be shared without regret or fear of judgment. I adhere to solution-focused & client-centered approaches to explore your worldview and presenting problems.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to meet you where you are, explore your presenting issues & challenges, collaborate on appropriate solutions, and develop a personalized plan with goals, strategies, and skills tailored to your needs. Whether if you’re new to therapy, revisiting the process, or continuing your journey, my goal is to ensure your comfort & engagement during this therapeutic process.
