Great to meet you!

You're the "strong" friend, aren't you? The one everyone is so grateful for because you're always so helpful, thoughtful, and giving. Don't get me wrong! Those are signs of great character, but when do YOU get to be insecure, uncertain, and "soft?" I am here to offer you that space. The space where you get to explore yourself in an atmosphere where nothing is off limits and you can figure "you" out. You don't have to be strong here, you just have to be you - and we can find your unique path to healing together.

My approach to therapy

I manage my caseload carefully so that I can provide the best quality service to every single client. I am well informed of the impacts of trauma and the influence that trauma can have on relationships with others and within ourselves. I also offer the unique opportunity to process in an outdoor setting, to help you mentally and physically move forward!

What you can expect from me

I believe that each and every client is unique and that ALL challenges are important. We go where you want to go and discuss what is most important to you. If you think I might be a good fit for you, please reach out for a consultation! It would be my pleasure to be a resource on your path to healing! (this was not written with AI, just pure intention)
