Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over seven years of experience supporting adolescents, teens, and adults through a wide range of life challenges, I understand that reaching out for support can be a significant and courageous first step toward healing and meaningful change. I specialize in helping people recognize the patterns that hold them back, build real coping skills, and move toward what matters most to them.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, coping skills, family conflict, parenting concerns, and sexual health, among other concerns. I am also certified in Mental Health First Aid and hold a certification as a Sex Therapy Informed Professional, reflecting my commitment to providing informed, compassionate, and inclusive care.

My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe therapy should be a collaborative experience where we work together to better understand your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, practical, and individualized. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health, so I take time to understand your unique experiences, needs, strengths, and goals.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with other therapeutic techniques to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-esteem, improve relationships, and navigate difficult emotions and life transitions.

I strive to create a space where you can be open and honest without fear of judgment. Whether you are working through anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship or family concerns, or simply feeling stuck, we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on meaningful and practical steps toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, what you would like support with, and what you hope to accomplish through therapy.

I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or uncertain, so I focus on creating a welcoming and judgment-free environment. You will have space to share what feels important to you while we begin identifying your strengths, needs, and goals.

Together, we will develop a plan for therapy that is individualized to you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction about the next steps in your journey.
