Great to meet you!

I am a doctoral-level licensed clinical psychologist. While I work with adults of all ages and presenting problems, I have expertise in treating anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

I believe in helping people change for the better, and I love what I do for a living. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral and acceptance and commitment approach to psychotherapy. My focus is helping each person I work with achieve their individual goals using evidence-based strategies.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are a time for us to learn about each other and determine if we are a good fit for moving forward with a course of psychotherapy. We get there together by completing a diagnostic interview, using baseline assessments, and discussing treatment options. I focus on instilling a sense of hope and helping you enhance your motivation to make positive changes in your life.
