Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist with extensive experience supporting adults, children, adolescents, and families through life’s most challenging moments. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices that prioritize safety, empowerment, and healing.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and substance use–related concerns. I also have experience supporting survivors of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, complex trauma, and individuals involved in court- or systems-based services.

In therapy, I strive to create a non-judgmental and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe healing happens when people are given the tools, insight, and space to reconnect with their strengths and values. Together, we will work at your pace to build coping skills, increase emotional regulation, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in empowerment. I recognize that personal struggles often exist within larger systems—relationships, family dynamics, culture, and institutions—and I work with clients to understand how these factors impact their mental health.

I focus on building practical tools while also creating space for processing emotions, patterns, and past experiences. Therapy with me emphasizes emotional awareness, accountability without shame, boundary setting, and developing healthier ways to respond to stress and conflict.

I strive to create a non-judgmental environment where clients feel supported in making meaningful changes that align with their goals and values.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about building trust and establishing emotional safety. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to work on, while being mindful of your comfort level. You are always in control of what you share.

I take a trauma-informed approach, meaning we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful. We’ll begin identifying goals, strengths, and areas of support, and I’ll make sure you leave the session with clarity about the process and next steps.
