Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Cimberleigh and I am excited to meet you. I hold a masters degree in social work and a masters degree in an addiction counseling. I am also a state certified domestic violence provider. I have worked in many high trauma populations from inpatient services to homeless shelters. Every stage of my career is focused on helping people live their best lives.

My approach to therapy

My theoretical approach is one of self-awareness. Having a healthy relationship with you in order to have healthy relationships with others. The modalities I use the most are CBT, mindfulness, and ACT. Learning how to communicate more effectively and live an intentional life. We address trauma, boundaries, emotional self-management, and how to have relationships that work.

What you can expect from me

My goal is your desired outcome. You'll feel better and more directed in your goals after we meet. Whether it's a reduction in symptoms, or making a challenging decision, you don't have to do it alone.
