I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than five years of experience who is passionate about helping heal the most important system: the family. I don't just treat challenges like anxiety, depression, or generational trauma, I go to the root. I firmly believes that real well-being (that which affects how we look, how we move and how we live) is born from unconditional love. My passion is to teach parents of teens and children to become an emotional safe harbor that allows young people to develop healthily. With practical tools, I guide parents to create a space where our children feel Seen, Safe and Calm—the foundation for them to flourish in all areas of life, from sports to studies.

My approach to therapy

Individual therapy for children and adolescents (3+ years) struggling with anxiety, ADHD, managing intense emotions, or depression. I help them understand their brain, channel frustration and self-regulate, so that their value does not depend on their performance, but on their person.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. We will talk about what has been happening and what concerns you most right now. I also answer any questions or concerns you may have. Together we begin identifying goals and next steps to support you and your family.
