Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm glad you're here. My name is Cindi. I’m a licensed professional counselor who believes meaningful change begins in a space where you feel safe, understood, & genuinely supported. I hold a Master's in Art Therapy & Clinical Counseling with nearly 20 years of experience. I've supported clients across a wide range of settings & levels of care, providing comprehensive mental health assessments, clinical case management, and individual, group, and family therapy. I support clients to navigate symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, traumatic life experiences, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, & relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, blending clinical intuition w/ evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we'll create an individualized treatment plan & a supportive space for you to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and how you relate to yourself, to others, & the world around you. One of my favorite aspects of this work is witnessing your curiosity unfold, sparking personal insight & growth.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to offer a therapeutic space where you can work through what you’re experiencing and/or, when appropriate, learn how to accept challenges with greater clarity & self-compassion. I listen with intention, gently challenge unhelpful perspectives, & support you in making space for your desired path forward. You do not have to navigate this alone.
