Great to meet you!
Hi, I'm Cindi. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I've spent more than 30 years walking alongside children, teens, adults, and families through the hard parts of life.
I started this work in 1988, and what keeps me in it is simple: people are more capable than they realize when someone takes the time to really listen. Whether you're a parent worried about your child, an adult feeling stuck, or a family that's stopped communicating well, I'd like to help.
Much of my career has focused on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, ADD, and co-occurring diagnoses, as well as people working through questions of identity and sexual orientation. I also work with families navigating conflict, transitions, and the ordinary strain of being close to one another.
I hold a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Missouri Southern State University. That background in education shapes how I work — I tend to be practical, and I like giving people tools they can actually use.
