Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist is an important step, and I’m honored to support individuals as they navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. My approach is warm, empathic, and grounded in genuine care. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

My goal is to walk alongside you as you build insight, resilience, and confidence on your path toward healing. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, low self‐esteem, and relationship concerns. I draw from evidence‐based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness‐based approaches, somatic therapies, and trauma‐informed care to ensure treatment is tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, therapy can be a powerful place to begin. I offer a collaborative, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and develop tools that truly fit your life.
