I am experienced working with individuals, couples and families dealing with various mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, personality disorders, and substance use disorders.

My foundation includes a trauma-informed, person-centered approach applying various methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and more.
