Great to meet you!

You may be doing your best to keep everything moving forward while anxiety, depression, or stress quietly takes more out of you than the people around you realize. Perhaps your mind rarely slows down, you feel overwhelmed by responsibilities, or painful experiences from the past continue to affect how you see yourself and connect with others. I work with adults and seniors experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress management, and trauma. These concerns can also overlap with sleep issues, grief or loss, relationship difficulties, women's issues, or identity concerns, especially when emotional struggles and everyday responsibilities begin affecting one another. With more than 8 years of experience, I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we can understand what has been weighing on you, strengthen healthier ways of coping, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, peaceful, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

Our work will make room for both the person you are and the relationships, responsibilities, emotions, and experiences that have shaped you. We'll explore how anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress management, and trauma may be affecting your emotional wellbeing, relationships, and ability to feel grounded in everyday life. I may use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you recognize patterns in thoughts and behaviors that contribute to distress and develop healthier ways of responding, while Solution Focused Brief Therapy can help us identify your existing strengths, recognize what is already working, and turn the changes you want into practical, manageable steps. Our sessions will be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs, giving you room to explore difficult emotions and experiences while developing tools that support meaningful change outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly where therapy should begin. During our first few sessions, we will take time to understand what brought you here, what has been most difficult, and what you hope will feel different. Together, we will create goals that feel meaningful and realistic while deciding where it makes the most sense to start. You can expect me to bring warmth, empathy, and thoughtful encouragement to our conversations while creating a space where you can talk openly about difficult emotions, stress, relationships, or painful experiences without judgment. Progress may look like feeling less consumed by anxiety, developing strategies that make ADHD easier to navigate, reconnecting with yourself when depression feels heavy, managing stress with greater confidence, or feeling less controlled by experiences from your past. We will continue checking in on your goals and adjusting our work based on what feels most helpful, so you can move forward feeling more grounded, supported, and confident in yourself.
