Hi my name is Cindy and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have a BA in Sociology an MBA and a Masters in Science with and emphasis in Christian counseling. I especially enjoy working with individuals, children, adolescents and seniors.
My approach to therapy is client centered. There are times when life can be confusing and overwhelming, I am here to provide guidance, support and a safe environment for clients through these challenges. I have worked in many different mental health paths and have a wide variety of knowledge I would love to share.
Clients can expect to take away from our sessions, encouragement, feeling supported and sometimes homework.
