A bit about my approach to therapy

We know so much about human anatomy, but when it comes to our mental health, even the line between the brain and the mind is blurred. Behavioral Health interests me because nothing is ever certain. Even when it comes to treating individual conditions, there is no set way of treating someone, and often, only a mix of many approaches can solve an issue entirely.

What you can expect from our first session

Human beings thrive, grow, and improve when they feel understood. Part of the counseling journey is about encouraging those elements of our personality that are invisible to us to come into our awareness, challenging us to look at them, and incorporating lasting change into our lives. I hope to be a part of your journey.
