Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience as a counselor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients in creating lives that feel more balanced and personally fulfilling. I earned my degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1996 and have continued to grow professionally through ongoing training and continuing education, strengthening the skills I bring into my work with clients. Using proven interpersonal and coping strategies, we’ll work together to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach drawing from CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Unified Protocol to support meaningful change. Together, we’ll build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create realistic goals that align with your values, so you can respond to challenges with more flexibility, clarity, and confidence in daily life.

What you can expect from me

I’ll be your biggest supporter while also offering thoughtful, honest feedback about patterns in your life that may be helping or holding you back. Having worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, one of my strengths is using appropriate humor to create a comfortable, human space as we build new skills to support a more balanced and fulfilling quality of life.
