Hello Hello! My name is Cindy I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than ten years of experience. I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, depression and anxiety. I am a first gen Latina who understands the trauma we carry. I have worked in healthcare most of my career and am also familiar with workplace trauma and grief and loss.

I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, process trauma and build resilience. All appointments are conducted via telehealth.
