Great to meet you!

I particularly enjoy working with teenagers as they navigate the challenges of adolescence, though I also welcome adults. I support individuals who are discovering who they are, clarifying what they value, and finding their footing during times of change. This may include adjusting after football or another activity has shaped much of your identity. If you have been feeling "off," I am here to help you reconnect with yourself, establish a strong foundation, and move toward a greater sense of alignment.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates solution focused, narrative, and cognitive therapies to support meaningful, lasting change. Together, we will explore the stories that have shaped how you see yourself, recognize patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, and identify practical steps forward. I bring warmth and humor into our work so you can feel comfortable building a genuine therapeutic relationship. I will thoughtfully challenge unhelpful thinking, offer homework when useful, and help you feel more empowered in your growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, what has been challenging, and what you hope to experience differently. We will begin shaping goals that feel both meaningful and attainable, while creating a space where you can speak openly and feel understood. I will support you with compassion and honesty, and I am looking for clients who are ready to reflect, participate actively, and do the work needed to move forward at their own pace.
