Great to meet you!

I am dual board-certified as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner with a passion for functional medicine. I believe mental health is best addressed by looking at the whole person—mind, body, and soul. I’ve been working in healthcare for over 20 years. Through my experience in mental health, I have the privilege of working with adults aged 21–60. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, and eating disorders, offering a safe and respectful space for growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and each person’s story deserves to be understood in its own context. When we choose to work together, we will partner in your mental health healing journey. Open, respectful communication is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard and valued. I am here to listen, thoughtfully challenge you, and support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

The first meeting is an introductory session where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve. We’ll work together to explore your goals and determine the best path forward. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable sharing, being vulnerable, and feeling secure. From there, we’ll continue working together in future sessions to turn those goals into meaningful, lasting change.
