Great to meet you!

It takes a great deal of courage to seek help and doing so is the first step toward change. Life can be difficult and sometimes we need support adjusting to it's challenges. You may be feeling stuck or constantly on edge and overwhelmed by worry and that unrelenting self critic. You are not your best self but the thought of change can be terrifying. Whether you are confronting relationship issues, divorce, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, or grief and loss, my goal is to provide you with a genuine and supportive therapeutic relationship where you can grow, heal, and thrive. Change is possible and I am here to help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach involves a combination of therapeutic modalities and my training has qualified me to treat clients with a variety of psychological issues. In a nonjudgmental and confidential space and with unconditional positive regard, my goal is always to provide a collaborative, comfortable, and conscientious therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you leave each session with a sense of relief from distressing symptoms and an increased self awareness and confidence in your own abilities to cope with life's various stressors. Together we will help you deepen your understanding of yourself and build on your core strengths so you can reach your goals and improve your quality of life.
