Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with individuals from adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I also have experience working with the LGBTQ communities, children in the foster care system, rural outreach, and placement facilities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach clients with empathy, understanding, and nonjudgment, carefully assessing the individual client’s needs through skillfully developed questions. As I listen intently to the client’s needs, I use eclectic counseling style to meet clients where they are. I am supportive and encouraging in assisting client’s in finding their individual success.

What you can expect from our first session

By providing a warm and caring environment with affirmations and validations regarding the client's feelings and accomplishments throughout the counseling process. and working with the client to help all clients meet their goals and encourages them to implement the learning into their daily lives in order to feel and be the best that they can be. Providing tools along the way that can be taken with them once goals are met and discharge is achieved,
