Great to meet you!

I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who helps teens and adults navigate life’s changes, challenges, and everything in between. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you find clarity, confidence, and balance. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and build tools that support healing and personal growth.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real-life understanding. As a bilingual therapist, I value cultural awareness and make space for all parts of your story—where you’ve been, who you are, and where you’re headed. Therapy with me is a safe place to be open, feel seen, and begin making meaningful changes at your own pace.

Most of all, I want you to know you’re not alone. I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths, rediscover your voice, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I draw from different therapeutic methods based on what works best for you, with a foundation in humanistic therapy and practical tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you make real, lasting changes.

My style is warm, open, and straightforward. I meet you where you are—with empathy, respect, and zero judgment. Clients often tell me I’m caring but honest, someone who will both support and gently challenge them when it matters. I value creating a space where you can show up as your true self and feel genuinely understood.

Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, a major life transition, or just want to improve specific areas in your life, I’m here to help you tap into your strengths, build healthy coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. Therapy with me is a true partnership—we’ll explore what healing looks like for you and walk that path together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is designed to feel grounding, supportive, and unrushed. This is your space, and my role is

to help you settle in, understand the therapy process, and begin exploring what brings you here in a way

that feels safe.

We’ll start by reviewing confidentiality and what you can expect from therapy, creating a foundation of

clarity and trust. From there, we gently shift into what feels most important for you right now. You decide

how much to share—there is no pressure to tell your whole story or have everything figured out.

I ask thoughtful, gentle questions to better understand your experiences, symptoms, and goals. If

something feels too intense, we slow down. If you need grounding, we pause. You can expect a balance of

structure and flexibility—enough guidance to feel supported, and enough space to feel respected.

By the end of the session, my hope is that you leave feeling safe, understood, and clearer about our next

steps together. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time—just come as you are.
