Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-transformation therapist with a background in liberatory ethics and leadership, as well as integrative healing practices. I bring over two decades of experience working across mental health, education, and community-based systems, with a focus on healing from trauma, navigating life transitions, and cultivating deeper self-awareness.

I’ve come to understand that most suffering is not random or personal; it’s patterned.

We are shaped by systems that were built without our wholeness in mind, systems that keep us surviving instead of connecting, complying instead of becoming.

I help individuals uncover their strength, cultivate clarity, and align with their authentic selves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, collaborative, and attuned to the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and story. I view therapy as a co-creative space where we gently explore what’s showing up in your life, what’s asking for attention or care, and what patterns may be ready to shift.

I integrate body-based tools, parts work, neuroscience-informed practices, and culturally aware frameworks to support meaningful change. I also hold space for the impact of systemic and intergenerational trauma, honoring the complexity of your lived experience without pathologizing your response to it.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they feel seen, grounded, and empowered after our sessions. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where your inner experiences are welcomed with curiosity and compassion. Over time, you may develop a stronger connection to your inner wisdom, a clearer understanding of your patterns, and more capacity to respond to life in ways that align with your values.

Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or simply a place to breathe and be, we’ll work together at a pace that honors your nervous system and your truth.
