Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have provided virtual psychotherapy for over 6 years. I work with clients 13 years old to 65 and up who are experiencing mood disorders (anxiety, depression, Bipolar) grief, trauma, identity loss, and life transition's. In my experience, when a client has selected me as their therapist, it has been a great fit for the therapeutic relationship which has resulted in positive outcomes for my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in providing psychoeducation to my clients and working from a strengths perspective. I work on getting to know you and pulling from my bank of knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals in therapy. I invite you to consult with me to discuss what you are experiencing and how I may be of help to you.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a better understanding of themselves that feels authentic. My goal is to also help clients accept all part of themselves to form a deeper connection with themselves. I also work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your goals. We do this by keeping the goals at the forefront of the work we do together.
