Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Cindy, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a foundation in emergency medicine, allowing me to approach even the most complex or high-stress situations with a calm, thoughtful, and evidence-based approach.

My approach to therapy

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or bipolar disorder, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. I'm here to help guide you back to feeling like you again!

Life doesn’t pause for us to catch our breath—between work, family, and personal demands, it's easy to lose sight of who we are.

I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where individuals feel heard and empowered in their mental health journey.

I use a patient-centered, evidence-based approach that integrates medication management with therapeutic support, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to promote holistic wellness.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're juggling daily responsibilities, managing a demanding career, or simply trying to stay afloat, my focus is on meeting you where you are.

I believe that healing starts with connection, and I strive to provide care that is compassionate, individualized, and centered around you.

Let’s work together to help you reclaim your balance, build resilience, and feel like yourself again.

My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where we can work together to understand your unique challenges and develop a treatment plan that fits your life.
