Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to helping my clients develop the skills and understanding to improve their relationships with self and others. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I work with clients from a trauma-focused perspective as it applies to complex trauma (C-PTSD). I specialize in nature-based and equine-assisted psychotherapy for teens, adults, and couples. I hold a certificate in substance abuse counseling. I help you heal insecure attachment patterns that show up in your adult relationships.

My approach to therapy

I'm person-centered, feminist, Jungian, existential, & transpersonal. One size does not fit all, so we decide together what methods feel right & necessary for your own growth/healing. I'm aware of the various systems (racial, socioeconomic, patriarchal) that many of us must navigate & how they affect a person's well-being. Direct & honest, I challenge you (to help facilitate introspection & growth) while simultaneously providing a safe & caring environment for deep, insightful exploration.

What you can expect from me

I promise to support you and do my very best to understand you and repeating patterns, as well as to help you clarify what it is that you want for yourself. While the outcome of treatment depends largely on your willingness to engage in the process, we can work together to clear your old trauma patterns & learn new behaviors that will move you toward connection with what is most important to you.
