Great to meet you!

With a collaborative, creative and strengths-focused approach, I provide therapy to individuals and couples, covering issues including resolving troubles, communicating effectively, meeting challenges, or dealing with addiction. I’m a licensed professional counselor, and my integrative and holistic approach is able to help you with a very broad range of topics.

My approach to therapy

You’ll want an experienced therapist, and I provide 9 yrs experience and certification in complex trauma. I am also constantly studying the best science-based practices for my session with you. As an ally, I have learned from LGBT+ sources, Chicanx, Black and Asian-American sources. My purpose is to meet you where you are, know your goals, and provide a safe and warm environment. You’ll experience unconditional positive regard, progress, and a sprinkling of humor.

What you can expect from me

My office is conveniently located near the intersection of Loop 360 North and Hwy 183. As we get to know each other in person, our shared energy will provide you with a safe haven to share struggles and pain. You can make an appointment with me right now! I’m looking forward to getting to know you!
