Great to meet you!

Everyone says you're so strong—but who takes care of you?

I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who appear to have it all together but privately struggle with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of trauma or attachment wounds. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, and helpers who have spent years putting others first while quietly carrying emotional burdens of their own.

I have over two years of outpatient clinical experience and have completed EMDR Training, along with training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported as we work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is about more than simply reducing symptoms. It's a space to better understand your story, explore the patterns that may be holding you back, and begin creating lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your individual needs.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR-informed therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and person-centered counseling. Together, we'll build practical tools while helping you heal the deeper emotional wounds that may be contributing to anxiety, relationship struggles, or self-doubt.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, judgment-free space. I'll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, learn about your experiences, strengths, and goals, and answer any questions you may have about the counseling process.

Together, we'll begin identifying what's most important to you and develop a personalized treatment plan that feels collaborative, realistic, and aligned with your goals. My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged, knowing you don't have to navigate your healing journey alone.
