Great to meet you!

I know firsthand how difficult life can feel when you're struggling, and I know how transformative the right therapeutic relationship can be.

Years ago, I found myself facing challenges that felt overwhelming. Working with an exceptional therapist helped me heal, grow, and create a life that looked very different from the one I had been living. That experience was so powerful that I returned to graduate school in my 40s to pursue a new path—helping others find their way forward.

Today, with more than 14 years of clinical experience, I help adults navigate trauma, difficult relationships, addiction recovery, identity concerns, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, affirming, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to take risks, and empowered enough to create meaningful change.

I earned my Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from Converse University and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LSAC). Throughout my career, I have worked in substance abuse treatment, with children and families navigating ADHD and behavioral challenges, and in private practice and online therapy settings.

I have a special interest in helping individuals who are experiencing:

• Trauma and Complex PTSD (CPTSD) • Recovery from narcissistic, abusive, or high-conflict relationships • LGBTQIA+ concerns and identity exploration • Substance use and addiction recovery • Borderline personality disorder and other personality disorders • Anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout • Depression and mood disorders • Women's issues and life transitions • Family estrangement and relationship challenges

No matter where you are in your journey, you do not have to figure it out alone. Healing is possible, growth is possible, and together we can work toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I see myself as an expert in therapy, and you as an expert in your life. That makes us equals. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and affirming space where you can be fully yourself without judgment. Healing is possible, even when it feels out of reach.Together, we will explore the experiences that have shaped you, develop practical tools for coping, and create a path toward a life that feels more peaceful, meaningful, and authentic. I take a holistic approach to therapy, helping clients recover from trauma, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their own wisdom and strengths.

You deserve more than simply surviving. You deserve a life that feels fulfilling, connected, and truly your own.
