Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Cindy Pratt and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University and my Master of Education in School Counseling at Liberty University. I have had over 14 years experience in the mental health field to include private practice, crisis intervention, case management, and inpatient hospitalization. I specialize in various populations: young adult, adult individuals, and seniors.

My approach to therapy

My psychotherapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am here to help with anxiety, depression, parenting skills, blended families, marriage, separation/divorce, PTSD, anger, ADHD, codependency, panic, grief and loss, life changes/life transitions, compassion fatigue, and career changes.
