Great to meet you!

Sometimes feeling better starts with understanding what keeps pulling you back into the same patterns. Anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and difficult life changes can affect how you think, feel, and show up in everyday life. Therapy can give you the space to better understand those patterns while developing healthier ways to respond to them.

With eight years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults who are ready to feel more grounded, capable, and in control of their lives. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and respected while we identify what’s keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, habits, and life experiences that may be contributing to what you’re facing while identifying realistic strategies that fit your life.

My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Strength-Based Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, stress, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you build healthier coping skills, greater self-awareness, and confidence in your ability to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you’d like to see change. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet.

You can expect warmth, honesty, and practical support. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling understood, more confident in yourself, and equipped with tools you can use in everyday life. We’ll work together at a pace that feels realistic while staying focused on the progress that matters most to you.
