Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of experience providing individual and group therapy, my goal is to provide patients with the tools to live a happier and more productive life. My focus includes depression, anxiety, grief/loss and adjustments to life transitions. I provide a warm, affirming and empowering therapeutic approach to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected and understood. I look forward to taking this journey together with you!

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment. Sessions are based primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy though will also include other evidence based therapeutic approaches. Together we will focus on areas of concern and develop a treatment plan built on coping skills to support progress toward therapy goals suited to your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on building rapport, completing a comprehensive assessment, and identifying primary areas of concern. This process helps establish a clear understanding of each client’s needs, goals, and current challenges. When appropriate, clients are also provided with information about additional resources and supports that may be beneficial for their care.
