Great to meet you!

For more than 18 years, I’ve helped individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and grief. I have advanced training in mindfulness and self-compassion and have taught mindfulness for many years, integrating these practices into therapy in practical ways that help clients regulate emotions, manage stress, and build resilience.

My approach blends evidence-based therapies with mindfulness and compassion in a warm, collaborative way. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we’ll work together to understand what’s beneath them so you can respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted while supporting meaningful, lasting change. My hope is to help you come home to yourself—with greater clarity, self-compassion, and the confidence to move through life’s challenges with wisdom and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with awareness. Together we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to your distress.

Drawing from mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion, attachment theory, and trauma-informed approaches, I’ll help you develop practical skills to regulate emotions, navigate difficult experiences, improve relationships, and reconnect with your own inner strengths.

My goal isn’t simply to help you feel better—it’s to help you build a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and aligned with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I’ll want to understand what brings you to therapy, what’s been most challenging, and what you hope will be different.

We’ll explore your concerns at a pace that feels comfortable while beginning to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. You’ll have plenty of space to ask questions, and together we’ll create a treatment plan that reflects your goals and values.

Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we’re headed together.
