Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 18 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My style is practical and solution-focused, empowering clients to take small, actionable steps toward meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines motivational techniques with behavior modification strategies to help clients identify their goals, overcome barriers, and create lasting change. I work collaboratively with each person, meeting them where they are, and tailor my methods to fit their unique needs and strengths.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. I will take time to learn about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any relevant personal or treatment history. We will discuss your goals and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are encouraged to speak openly and honestly. I use a motivational approach combined with practical behavior modification strategies, so we will begin identifying patterns, strengths, and small, realistic steps toward positive change.
